Jesper Nordal: guitarplayer, composer and musicteacher
I am a danish guitarist, composer and musicteacher. Educated at Copenhagen Rhythmic Music Conservatory and Copenhagen University.
I have released several albums with my own band ”Nordal Twang” and with Hoegsbro/Nordal 4. As a sideman, I have played, toured and recorded with a lot of danish and international artist, and I have composed and arranged music for theaters, musicals, commercials and TV/radio.

My main musical style and inspiration is where rock meets jazz: big sounding guitar, energetic playing combined with free improvisation and intuitive band interplay.
As a guitarist I am influenced by Jimi Hendrix, Bill Frisell, John Scofield, Daniel Lanois and Ry Cooder.
